For corporate clients, project management services sees NSI acting as the reporting and monitoring instrument that maintains synergy between EPCM (Engineering Procurement Construction and Management), legal and financial functions.

Sustainability reports, also referred to as ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) reports, are key for businesses to be transparent with their stakeholders. These reports also enable businesses to procure new stakeholders. NSI collaborates with businesses to create KPIs and in assembling a year-end sustainability report. The measuring standards vary on each individual business model, as the GRI Standards and the SDGs developed by the UN are both suitable for measuring metrics.

Purpose Campaigns are used to create brand identity as well as raise awareness to different social and cultural issues. Businesses are capable of creating social impact and reinvent their business through purpose campaigns. NSI helps with Purpose Campaigns in the following way:

When necessary, our team will visit with organizations in person or wherever a project is suited to take place. A site visit will be deemed necessary in order to evaluate the viability of a particular project.
